so i'm pretty sure the drive to work is literally costing me money. so i need to find a new job.

so i kinda want to move. i want a downtown, urban, city-life area, where i walk to work instead of drive, in fact, where i walk everywhere instead of drive. but i want a house, not an apartment, so i can make money off of it, but hopefully purchase it for relatively cheap, near a university so i can go to grad school. somewhere with a thriving economy so i can get a job and make decent money. i wouldn't mind getting a fixer-upper and slowly renovating/updating it, i think that would actually be fun. i mean, truly, worst case scenario, i could probably transfer to a home goods somewhere, sadly.
anyway, any suggestions on where i should go?
